The Orbital 360 provides Safe, Effective, Functional Fitness Training and Rehabilitation. The ability to release the handles safely, while using either hands or feet in any three dimensional movement patterns is a key feature. Traditional methods of resistance training of any kind, such as free weights, machines or cables always require that the resistance to be returned to its resting place to safely disengage. Many injuries occur during this process, particularly when an individual fatigues during an exercise but must still be able to safely control the resistance to end the movement. An Orbital 360 user can stop anywhere within their three dimensional movement pattern by simply releasing the handles. No further resistance is met, thereby providing the safest, most effective exercise machine and by today's standards - very unique. • There is virtually no damaging joint stress - since all of the movements are friction based and not weight bearing loads. Movement is dictated by the user and not the machine, therefore minimal stress is places on the joints.
