Orbital Neurodynamic Programming
3D360 technologies has been involved in an ongoing R&D study utilizing a combination of its premier product, The Orbital 360, along with BioSensor and brain mapping technology for the purpose of creating an Neurodynamic interactive application.
This application, once completed, will use the BioSensor technology to map those areas of the brain that have been hypo functioning due to a reduction of afferent stimulation from the peripheral neuromusculoskeletal system. Once identified, the system will utilize the Orbital 360's 3D motion and constant, consistent, friction-based directionally responsive resistance technology to create a progressive system of afferent stimulation though specific patterns of motion. The movement patterns will be specific to the individual as it pertains to which areas of the brain and afferents have been under functioning and geared towards providing the required sequence of motion to stimulate the latent afferents. The system can only be viable as a result Orbital 360's unique movement and resistance components which is sufficient enough to provide ample stimulation to bring the peripheral mechanoreceptors to threshold, thus creating the stimulating effect. The significance of this application can address musculoskeletal issues such as dysfunctions in posture, coordination and balance as well as provide application for correcting learning disabilities such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. 3D360 Technologies LLC
